Marek Kołodziejski – President of the Board
Graduated from the Division of Precision Mechanics at the Warsaw University of Technology. Holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw.
Gained professional experience at the Institute of Cardiology in Warsaw and then at NOWATRON Instruments GmbH with its registered office in Vienna. Cooperated for many years with Johnson&Johnson Poland sp. z o.o., where he held the position of director of medical devices department.
Former Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Magellan S.A. and a board member of the EMC Medical Institute S.A.
At Poltronic S.A. since 2009.
